Sebastian leads the Strategic Account Services business at Amazon across the Rest of Europe region, where he works closely with sellers to help them scale their businesses internationally and unlock new growth opportunities across Amazon’s marketplaces. During his almost seven years at Amazon, Sebastian has led multiple teams and supported hundreds of sellers in growing successfully on Amazon. Together with his teams, he has worked with brands at different stages of their journey—from emerging businesses to established companies—helping many of them expand internationally and become some of the most successful e-commerce brands in their categories. His work focuses on building long-term partnerships with sellers and enabling sustainable growth through Amazon’s ecosystem. Before and during his time at Amazon, Sebastian developed extensive experience working with fast-growing online businesses and understanding the challenges companies face when scaling across international markets. Outside of work, Sebastian is a passionate and competitive table tennis player. He also enjoys traveling the world with his family and discovering new cultures, cuisines, and experiences along the way.
